Genesis was retained by Green Pointe Communities, LLC to provide design, construction plans, permitting, and construction services for the Triple Creek Boulevard Extension - Section 1 segment of the Big Bend Road/Triple Creek Boulevard extension project. The project is anticipated to eventually connect to Balm-Boyette Road.

The $2.7 million project will extend Triple Creek Boulevard from the current terminus at the roundabout with Dorado Shores, northerly to an intersection with the extension of Big Bend Road to a terminus at a roundabout adjacent to the future Amenity Center project. The project includes two roadway spurs for connection to a new public elementary school. The project also includes closing a gap in the potable water system by connecting an existing 12-inch potable water main to an existing 42-inch potable water transmission main. The anticipated completion date for this project is June 2017.
