Genesis served as the right of way general consultant to FDOT District 5 for 50+ parcels on the expansion of S.R. 48 as the major gateway into the City of Bushnell. For this project, Genesis prepared an overall Corridor data book to evaluate regulatory conditions along with preliminary engineering analysis within the Corridor. Genesis prepared overall Corridor GIS mapping with aerial photography, individual parcel acquisition drawings, zoning and land-use maps. Furthermore, Genesis prepared an overall Corridor matrix which identified each parcel, Tax ID#, stationing, size, acquisition description, and address.

Through Corridor GIS mapping with aerial photography, Genesis prepared individual parcel acquisition drawings, as well as zoning and land-use maps. Using the data collected, Genesis was then able to design a base parcel sketch based on the FDOT right of way mapping and existing conditions. A base parcel sketch of the "before" conditions was used to illustrate the "before" condition, acquisition, and "after" condition acreage of the subject property. Another base parcel sketch was then designed to illustrate the proposed site modifications as a result of the acquisition. Following the initial Acquisition Sketch Plan, Genesis designed a base parcel sketch which illustrated the proposed roadway improvements along SR 48 and the "after" conditions of the subject property using the data collected using GIS.

Genesis also prepared land use and engineering analysis reports on 36 parcels which included "before" and "after" condition analysis. Genesis prepared CAD graphics along with Cure Determination and Cost Estimating Services. Genesis' reports were utilized by appraisal firm, Pomeroy Appraisal.
