Each floor of the residence towers contains four three-bedroom apartments. The towers, which are clustered around a common park, are oriented in relation to each other and the site to provide maximum visual privacy. All traffic ways are located along the perimeter of the site, with generous areas within the center kept open for future resident activities.

The commercial shops are grouped around a closed bazaar area on the ground and mezzanine floors in each building. An exterior open arcade extending around the commercial area of the building serves as a pedestrian way, providing both public and service access to the shop areas.

This 1,400-unit apartment complex located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia encompasses thirty-two residence towers served by separate elevator cores rise six to ten stories above commercial shops and parking. The base structure contains ongrade parking and additional commercial shops.

The roof deck over the second parking level is designed as a private area for apartment residents, and includes a play area for children. This deck extends under portions of the apartment towers, offering shaded and rest areas.
