Genesis Halff will prepare and submit a revision to the Land Use Compliance Certificate (LUCC) based on the proposed property boundaries and updated development density to include the 4,400 sf Convenience Store and the 3,636 sf Fast Food Restaurant. Genesis Halff will prepare and submit a Pre-Application Meeting request package that will include the LUCC, a brief project narrative, and the Conceptual Site Plan.

Genesis Halff will attend the Pre-Application Meeting with the CLIENT and respond to any questions that City staff might have related to the project. Genesis Halff will meet with the City Electric Department to review the existing electric facilities located adjacent to the property. This meeting will be held with the client to address electric points of connection and any other issues or concerns that the Electric Department may have regarding existing facilities or service such as the existing sign near the intersection and its proximity to the electric lines.
