Under our General Planning Services contract with Hillsborough County Schools, Genesis provided services to support rezoning this approximately 1/5th acre parcel to Planned Development (PD) in order to add school uses to a previously approved office complex.

As part of this process, Genesis's GIS department created map exhibits depicting the existing zoning and future land use designations for the subject property and properties in and around the neighborhood. In addition, to comply with City of Tampa regulations, a list of neighboring properties within a 250-Foot proximity of the subject property was compiled using then current Hillsborough County property appraiser data to provide proper notice of the re-zoning petition and the hearing date.
