Genesis Halff will prepare civil engineering design concept plans for the entrance and facility improvements for presentation to FWC and permitting agencies. We will provide geotechnical investigations through our subconsultant, Universal Engineering Sciences, to obtain design data for the structural engineer to utilize in the design of the kiosk and two pavillions as well as precolation tests for stormwater and a  septic drain field. A double ring precolation test will be perfomred for the design and permitting of the proposed stormwater management run-off buffer area. We are also proposing to perform seven (7) standard penetration test (SPT) borings to a depth of about 15 feet below existing grade near the proposed office and parking locations. Additional testing will consist of a series of hand auger locations for determining ground wated and soil characteristics. Upon completion of the field testingm laboratory classification testing will be performed on selected samples. The information will be compiled into a formal report signed and sealed by the Geotechnical Engineer.
