Genesis provided professional civil engineering and landscape architectural services on the JAX refrigeration property located at the south-west corner of 15th Avenue South and 3rd Street South/A1A. This project included the construction of a 4,600 SF semi-pervious concrete paver parking lot.

Genesis provided project coordination services throughout planning, design, and permitting of the project to ensure a seamless integration of all elements and activities. Genesis also provided detailed engineering design and construction documents for off-site improvements within 15th Avenue South. These improvements included coordination with City of Jacksonville Public Works and SJRWMD to design the on-street parking and stormwater conveyance within 15th Avenue South. Genesis also provided detailed landscape architectural and specialty hardscape design. Genesis completed permit application forms and provided necessary exhibits, design drawings, calculations, and reports in accordance with current agency standards, as required by AHJ.
