Genesis created a master plan for a Mixed-Use Development in Charlton County, Georgia. The 265 acre parcel of land included:

  • Townhomes (62)
  • 80’ lots (161)
  • 100’ or greater lots (22)
  • 200,000 SF Mixed-use Development
  • Hotel Parcel

  • Cabana Resort

Set amongst southeast Georgia’s most pristine land, accented with Pine, Palmetto, Live Oak and Cypress trees is Villages of Palm Lake. The waterfront and lake side resort community, is based on a town center concept, in the neo-traditional approach. Walk to the coffee shop, grocery store, office, and on the way enjoy the beauty of the waterfront and surrounding beautiful environment.
