Approximately 290 acres are dedicated to open space.

A pedestrian trail network will interconnect neighborhoods with each other and with the commercial center. Genesis provided Centex Homes with a comprehensive plant selection catalogue that provides the developer a basis for the design parameters of all landscaping plans for their projects.
