Genesis designed this 253.43 acre master plan in St. Johns County. In addition to this acreage are 56 acres of land set aside by the developer for preservation under the Conservation Land Use category.

The goal of the project was to create an innovative and sustainable mixed-use community containing a village center with residential, office and retail uses, and a surrounding mix of residential uses, from multi-family to large estate lots with equestrian amenities. The Traditional Neighborhood Design promotes walkability, provides a sense of place for this community, and takes great consideration of the environment. The mixture of residential uses supports market needs and provides a variety of lifestyles from urban live-work units to large equestrian estate lots.
