Genesis worked with appraiser Lampe Roy & Associates (LPA) and Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) to determine an appropriate master development on the Palm Pointe Holdings, LLC property and Alta Road realignment. Genesis developed an engineering and land use report, in conjunction with before-take master plans to assist LPA in preparing their appraisal for the existing property. Furthermore, Genesis prepared multiple plans illustrating different taking options to allow LPA to determine each post condition appraisal value. The before and after appraisal valuations allowed JTA to determine the most appropriate alignment for Alta Road and the property owner.

In conjunction with our report, Genesis prepared initial cost and earthwork estimates to bring the property to above flood plain elevation. Genesis also performed calculations to determine before and after parcel taking trip generation.
