This project included reacquisition of development entitlements that expired along with the MPUD zoning. Design and permitting efforts included design of a stormwater management system for a site that straddled two sub-basins (one closed and one peak sensitive) as well as a utility distribution system that must support phased construction.  The final layout of the 225 lot subdivision was the product of coordination with the School Board’s new campus entrance as well as several lot studies done in conjunction with several potential homebuilders.
