The plan allows for big box retail within a hybrid main-street power center concept. A series of community greenspace parks circulate throughout the village, creating a common tie for a unified small town feel. Program tabulations include an 88 room hotel, 178 dwelling units of multi-family use, 144,500 square feet of retail space, and 120,500 square feet of office use.
