Genesis prepared a preliminary plat for approval by Hillsborough County for the development of a 35.65 acre site with 129 single-family home sites. Genesis also prepared site development construction plans and obtained site development permits sufficient to allow commencement of site development for the 35.65 acre site, which has access to John Moore Road, with a 119 to 129 lot, single-family home subdivision. The project included a southbound left turn lane into the project site and a 2,400+/- LF, 12-inch force main extension south of the project on John Moore Road.
