Adams Street is located in the heart of downtown Tallahassee, FL. Genesis had previously worked with the city of Tallahassee to create a four-block streetscape on Adams Street, the second phase of the exisitng Adams Street Commons which is frequently used by the City for staging special events. The project served to connect a chain of downtown parks with the State Capitol complex and Kleman Plaza, the site of museums, restaurants, an outdoor amphitheater and residential condominiums.

The City recently contracted with Genesis gagin to complete the conceptual design of a series of roundabouts at the intersections along a four block section of the Adams Street corridor extending from Call Street to Jefferson Street. The conceptual design included the conversion of the segment between College and Jefferson to a pedestrain only mall, which extends to the front of City Hall.
