Located in the growing New Tampa and Wiregrass areas, including a first-class Florida Hospital, the Florida Conference of Seventh-Day Adventists identified a site along County Line Road to build a state-of-the-art school for up to 650 students. The school will provide comprehensive education opportunities beginning with the Early Childhood Education Center and extending through the twelfth grade. Located on a 43 acre site, the school will be the first Adventist school in Florida to incorporate 21st Century Community Learning Center philosophy into both the campus design and curriculum.

Genesis, working with Wannemacher Jensen Architects, Inc., created a campus plan which utilizes an existing lake and cypress wetlands as focal points for integrating the campus into the local bionetwork. The design includes a stormwater pond that serves as a rookery for native birds and has a platform for outdoor education including provisions for water quality sampling.  Floodplain impacts are mitigated via construction of a wetland that is integrated into the stormwater management system and will serve as a buffer from neighboring parcels.  Other features include an integrated pick-up / drop-off drive that meanders through campus providing overflow grass parking opportunities during special events.
