OceanGate Affordable Housing Community

Genesis worked with Beaches Habitat for Humanity to build an affordable, unique, traditional neighborhood residential development at 201 Mayport Road in Atlantic Beach, Florida.   

OceanGate is a 70 unit residential development, providing a mix of housing opportunities including duplex, triplex, and quadplex buildings in which units will be sold fee simple to qualified families. Amenity areas, including a community center, scenic corridor landscaping, a community park, and common open space, are provided. The homes are arranged in a Traditional Neighborhood Design with rear lane/alley access and buildings fronting on the scenic corridor or the main loop road surrounding the community park. All homes feature front porches and sidewalks that lead through the neighborhood and to Mayport Road, creating a walkable community.

Genesis provided the site plan, permitting, engineering site design, landscape design, hardscape design, site amenity design, and construction documents and coordination for the development.
