Residence Inn

The Tallahassee Residence Inn is under initial construction in the Gaines Street revitalization area. The site is located at the corner of Gaines Street and Railroad Avenue which is only a few blocks east of the Florida State University Stadium.

The site will be occupied by a five story, 135 room hotel with a 6,000 square foot conference center. In addition, there is approximately 5,000 square feet dedicated to speciality retail rental space. The site includes 118 parking spaces and a pool deck.

Genesis Group provided engineering services which included stormwater and traffic concurrency, site design, landscape design, survey, and environmental and roadway connection permitting.
