Woodbine Waterfront Enhancement

Provided a master plan related to the riverfront and downtown enhancement of the City of Woodbine. Design elements included a public presence on the Satilla River, redevelopment of an abandoned railroad corridor into a pedestrian/bicycle corridor and enhancement of the City's main street (Bedell Ave./U.S. 17).

The project was funded through Georgia's ISTEA Enhancement Program, via a direct award of funds to the community. As a part of this process, an overall community visioning process was untertaken to obtain public consensus while better defining an overall master plan for the City and recreational enhancement.
