Conceptual design, feasibiltiy study, regulatory permitting for a 52-acre convention, retail and entertainment district with a neo-traditional, pedestrian-scaled theme. This district was designed to act as a catalyst toward the functional, thematic and aesthetic redevelopment of the surrionding area.
