Philips Highway (U.S. Highway One)

Provided tree planting and irrigation plans for a 1.2 mile segment of four-lane, divided highway. Coordinated with local major land owners and FDOT. Also assisted in the coordination of funding between FDOT, the City of Jacksonville, Greenscape of Jacksonville and the District Six City Councilman. Providing consultation and project management on an on-going basis. This project is waiting for road improvements to commence before median installation begins.
