Publix on Bayshore*

An important component of the project was the preservation of the two Grand Live Oaks in the parking lot. Curbing and drainage were designed to accomodate the trees, which helped the site blend into the surrounding historic neighborhood. Another forward-thinking component was the use of underground stormwater detention to maximize the coverage of the compact and highly visible downtown site.
