Provided plans and grant application for planting on this interchange. Coordinated between the City of Jacksonville, FDOT District Two and Greenscape of Jacksonville, a non-profit beautification organization. Supervised installation of 4,200 three-gallon trees and 106 Cabbage Palms with volunteer labor in two successful plantings.
