Genesis Group has been providing landscape architectural services for this 2,030-acre, mixed-use development for over 3 years. Our services have included design and construction services for all site amenities which include: hardscape, landscape, aquascape, irrigation, golf course improvements and lighting.

In addition, Genesis Group has assisted in the creation of the development guidelines and review and evaluation of the existing landscape maintenance specifications.

Within the boundaries of this project, there are approximately 4-miles of 2 main county roads, Countryway Boulevard and Linebaugh Avenue, forested wetlands and an existing landscape and hardscape treatment. Working with an existing landscape design, Genesis has been instrumental in unifying the newly landscaped areas with the existing material throughout the project.
