Gaines Street Corridor

Master Planning and Public involvement for an Urban Corridor impacted by changing land uses,university growth and a proposed FDOT 6 lane highway. Supporting a PD&E study already underway by the Florida Department of Transportation for reconstruction of Gaines Street, Genesis worked with the State Board of Regents, the City-County Planning Department & Community Stakeholders, to conduct a series of five public workshops culminating in a 100 person design charrette.
