Triple Creek

Genesis Group was retained by Centex Homes to master plan, design, survey and engineer a 1,050 acre site in the southern portion of Hillsborough County.

Consisting of 2,045 residential units, 50,000 SF of office use and 80,000 SF of commercial uses, the project also includes parks, a commercial town center, community center, library, fire station, and an elementary and middle school.

As part of the project, Genesis Group designed and provided construction observation services for 8.5 miles of off-site force main.  Issues facing construction included wetland area, crossing major utilities and tributaries for Tampa Bay Water.

The project site is located within a unique land use category that requires the utilization of neo-traditional techniques. Triple Creek is the first of its kind to conform to these specific guidelines.
