Located approximately 10 miles east of downtown Tampa. A County plan that creates a new "Downtown" in the center of one of Florida's largest suburban communities was adopted. The "centerpiece" of this community plan is "Brandon Main Street".

Located on 60 +/- acres, Brandon Main Street, is envisioned as a "mixed-use" town center to include residential, office, and retail uses with a strong pedestrian focus and gathering spaces.

Genesis Group initially represented the property owner during the original County planning and design process. Since then, Genesis Group has been retained by Colonial Trust and most recently Opus South to assist with master planning and preliminary engineering services. Current plans envision approximately 115,000 sq. ft. of retail, 230,000 sq. ft. of professional office space and up to 900 residential units.
