Blair Stone Road at Apalachee Parkway Intersection Improvements

Through Joint Project Agreements with the City of Tallahassee and Leon County, The St. Joe Company proposed to widen Blair Stone Road from St. Augustine to Apalachee Parkway. The widening required modifications to both intersections along with stormwater improvements for the length of the project. Genesis Group prepared roadway, stormwater and signalization plans for the project and assisted with right of way acquisition and permitting with state and local agencies. Coordination with FDOT was necessary due to Apalachee Parkway (SR 61) being a roadway under their jurisdiction.

The project was put on hold pending modifications to the agency agreements.
