(SR 261) Capital Circle SE, Design-Build

A 2.3 mile roadway reconstruction project for the Blueprint 2000 Intergovernmental Agency that will convert an existing two lane facility with roadside swales into a six lane urban arterial with bike lanes, sidewalks and a multi-purpose trail. The project will include installation of new sewer mains, water lines, water re-use lines, roadway lighting and extensive landscaping. Five stormwater facilities are required along the project which will accommodate future developments along the corridor. Genesis Group joined with Sandco, Inc., a local contractor, to complete the design and construction of this project.
