Sweetwater Apartments

A 45-acre 176 unit apartment complex in Pasco County, FL.  Scope included detailed grading design with retaining walls to acconmodate the steep grades within the project.  Project is within the low area of a 200-acre closed drainage basin that required careful design to assure adequate retention capacity to prevent flooding and impacts to adjacent properties.  Design included one mile of offsite forcemain along SR 52 that connected to the City of Dade City sewer system.  Forcemain was orvedesinged to accommodate future connections to the City's sewer system.  Efforts to perserve exisitng stands of tree enhance the final product.
