Sweetbay Supermarket

Genesis acted as the Project Engineer for the worlds's first Sweetbay Supermarket. Genesis provided engineering services for the demolition of an existing abandoned hospital and the construction of a new shopping center, featuring Sweetbay as it's premier tennant.

Project responsibilities included rezoning, land use modifications, stormwater design, conceptual plan, SWFWMD permitting, Pinellas County permitting, City of Seminole Permitting, FDOT permitting, architect coordination, developer/lender land closing support, construction observation and land surveying.
