HCC-Landscape Improvements/Wayfinding Master Plan

As part of our General Services contract with HCC, Genesis provided landscape architecture services to the Plant City Campus.  Selected areas were chosen for upgrades to existing landscape, and a new landscape was designed and installed at the new Trinkle Center Courtyard area.  A conceptual wayfinding Master Plan was prepared, with hand graphics depicting prototypical sign layout and hierarchy.

To keep costs of continuing maintenance low, plant palette was predominantly native and hardy endemic material.  Irrigation was also included in the project.
