Hillsborough Community College Southshore Campus Parking Lot

Genesis provided engineering and landscape architecture, design, permitting and construction servcies for a 266 space parking lot that utilized "bio-swales", water quality ponds, crushed concrete base, and recycled asphalt consistent with LEED credits for Stormwater Design Quantity, Stormwater Design Quality, and Recycled Content.  This project was completed in November 2009.
