Hillsborough Community College Southshore Campus Master Planning

 

Genesis Group provided site master planning services for the LEED Certified goal Hillsborough Coummunity College Southshore campus.  Project was the first community college in the State of Florida designed and built using the LEED Rating System developed by the US Green Building Council.  Plan utilized concept of resuing stormwater for irrigation and wastewater demands.  Project was first in the area to design and construct "bio-swales" for water quality treatment in conformance to LEED standards.
