Provided Civil Engineering for the 94,000 SF, four story medical office building and six level, 491 space parking garage. The project was an infill / redevelopment project that required demolition of existing facilities to accommodate the proposed buildings and service drives. This design effort was complicated by the obligation to preserve existing Grand trees located throughout the campus. Additionally, the project included water and sewer service connection as well as construction of a fire protection line to serve both the parking garage and medical office building.
