FBI Office and Parking Garage*

Civil Engineer for the four story, 138,000 SF office building and three level, 352 space, parking garage.  The confined site required unique solutions, including an exterior ramp to meet the physical restrictions as well as the tenant’s operation requirements.  The project included water and sewer service connection as well as construction of a dedicated fire protection line to serve both the parking garage and office building.
