Genesis Group assisted attorney Fred Isaac with engineering and land planning expert witness support services for a 8.890 acre light industrial parcel. This property included a 5.869 acre take for a retention facility, and the realignment of Pritchard Road with the future construction of an adjoining section of Soutel Drive to the east. The property faced losing vehicular access from east-bound traffic due to the creation of a landscaped median along Pritchard Road.

Genesis and attorney Fred Isaac successfully argued for development of a driveway break through a landscaped median to allow full access to the remainder parcel from the newly realigned Pritchard Road. Isaac successfully argued that a property which has full access in the before condition, should be given full access in the post-condition if the proposed roadway is re-aligned within the taking area.
