Genesis Group assisted Judge Tyrie A. Boyer, Esquire with engineering and land planning expert witness support services for this 21.389 acre church campus which included an approximate 1.815 acre take for a limited access right-of-way connecting Normandy Boulevard and the expansion of Brannan Field Chaffee Road. The roadway construction work included two phases where the actual taking in conjunction with the parcel was a part of the second phase. The second phase was a re-alignment of Sarroca Lane and future ramp connection to Brannan Field Chaffee Road. Therefore, Genesis evaluated each phase of the roadway construction and its impact upon expansion of the Church and future development opportunity.

Genesis conducted a traffic and roadway analysis to assess impacts as well as an access study to estimate damages created by the taking. The loss of access from Normandy Boulevard substantially impacted the ability for future development opportunity.

Genesis also completed a drainage study of the FDOT drainage plans and its impact upon the site. Genesis corresponded with the roadway engineers, and as a part of the settlement had FDOT agree to construct a ditch on the FDOT property to minimize potential flooding on the remainder property.
