Genesis Group assisted attorney Fred Isaac with engineering and land planning expert witness support services for this 0.66 acre commercial parcel which included a 0.06 acre take along the north side of the property for the realignment of Radio Road. The property faced losing valuable roadside real estate as well as having to relocate signs and landscaping.

Genesis developed an after condition proposed cure for this Hess Fuel station that rearranged the parking on site to allow for an internal vehicular realignment. Genesis also provided an opinion of cost estimate for new construction required.
