Genesis Group provided site planning, surveying and civil engineering for this 1.55 acre site located in Hillsborough County, Florida.  Great care was taken in the design and layout of the site to preserve many of the large Live Oaks that cover the site and maintain the wooded park-like setting.  Project included sports fields and outdoor swimming facilities.
