Genesis Group prepared and received final development plan approval for this oceanfront neotraditional neighborhood, which in and of itself was quite a challenge due to constraints in the City’s Comprehensive Plan and existing land development regulations. Genesis Group received agency approval for the placement of four dune crossovers, a beach club amenity area as well as village center for this single family residential development.

Ultimately, over 35 acres has been set aside in conservation easements in addition to the implementation of an extensive tree mitigation plan and light management plan. Residents will enjoy gated privacy in a park-like community protected by natural dunes and areas of community landscaping that will enhance the natural vegetation.
