Genesis Group provided master planning services for this urban infill/brownfield project in St. Marys, Georgia. The development is a New Urban style development that seamlessly meshes with the surrounding neighborhoods and street pattern. The southern portion of the property includes a high-density village center, townhomes, single family lots, a retirement community, accessible open space, and urban infill development on vacant or blighted lots to help revitalize the neighborhood. The northern portion of the property is situated around an interior lake with private and public slips for 1,000 boats, a marina providing deep water access from the interior lake to the adjacent St. Marys River, and a River Club.
