Old Florida Beach

Old Florida Beach was designed and constructed in 1989 as one of the first hybrid neo-traditional neighborhoods in North Florida. Genesis Group, Inc. created the site plan after careful analysis of this unique ocean and lake front property with sensitive and regulated dune habitat. The plan incorporated streets and alleys, a combined post office and bath/pool house with a sidewalk and amenity access ways. Genesis also created a complete package of site and architectural development standards that allowed individual homeowners to create and submit custom plans to the developer for approval.
