4200 Cypress Building Plaza & Parking Garage

This project is located within Tampa’s Westshore Business District and includes a 10-story office building, urban plaza, and an adjoining 6-level 600-space parking garage.

Design responsibilities included site planning services, design of a plaza, and site landscaping for one of the most visible office/plaza projects in the Tampa area. The plaza incorporates the use of over 12,000 square feet of imported flame finish granite and includes an outdoor seating area serving an on-site restaurant and a number of unique architectural fountains and water features. This project received an urban design category award from the American Society of Landscape Architects.
