Genesis completed detail land planning services for this 10 acre tract of land located just west of S.R. A1A in Fenandina Beach Florida. The ocean view community includes 38 townhome units each with unique West Indies style architecture.

Genesis Group completed detail design for the community amenities which included the community pool and cabana, entry feature, dune entry and crossover, as well as landscape design.
