South Beach Village

Genesis Group completed a 16 lot Master Plan along with PUD rezoning for this 3.0 acre tract within the City of Jacksonville Beach. The project is located between Madrid Street and South 3rd Street (A-1-A). This project included an interesting design response as the City requested that no driveways access S.R. A1A. The development includes an Anglo Caribbean architectural style, with a private community park, an internal lane, lush landscaping, and innovative stormwater master design.
