Genesis Group provided complete design, planning and regulatory approval for this mixed-use neighborhood in St. Augustine Beach. The community is approved for 284 single family homes, 40 multi-family homes, and 80,000 square feet of retail and office uses arranged in a traditional village center. The community includes a 500,000 square feet amenity center, boat launch, dock, neighborhood passive parks, and a town square. A civic site reserved for a branch library and post office is included as part of the village services. Genesis prepared detail landscape architectural plans for the community landscape design, entry amenity, and hardscape design for the commercial Village Center.
