Sawgrass Drive West

Genesis Group developed a mixed-use site plan for this 1.21 acre parcel located on Sawgrass Drive West, east of SR A1A. The plan proposed three-story mixed-use buildings consisting of ten ground floor 600 square foot office condos, attached parking, and accessory residential on the second floor. The plan included nine additional free market condo residences on the third floor.

 

Genesis prepared plans through for PUD approval with St. Johns County. Genesis recieved staff support and initial A1A overlay approval.
