Genesis completed master planning, civil engineering, and detail landscape architectural design services for the last open parcel of land located in the Sanctuary residential development. This 5 acre tract included 12 lots, each with unique views of Lake Anhinga or a conservation area to the South.

Genesis Group also completed conceptual architectural design for the new guardhouse that was created for the Sanctuary Development.
