Paradise Key South Beach Low Impact Design

The Paradise Key South Beach PUD Site Plan was prepared for presentation and approval to the City of Jacksonville Beach, Florida. The site plan included 62 residential lots designed with the re-routing of an existing creek bed throughout the development. This development includes Florida Water Star certified homes. Florida Water Smart is a program of the St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) that certifies home built to meet the SJRWMD specifications as water efficient homes.

Genesis Group produced, in collaboration with Cronk Duch Partners, a Pattern Book governing the Development of this Traditional Single Family Neighborhood.
